Keto Crab Rangoon

There is nothing like a crispy fried shell with a creamy filling. It’s one of the things I missed the most on my keto weight loss journey! My favorite delivery order was from our local Chinese restaurant, where I would get orange chicken and crab rangoons! Of course, these are not keto-friendly, until now!

I was so happy to come across CutDaCarb Flatbreads. They are only sold online right now so definitely check out their website! They taste really good fried and are very versatile. They do have 9 net carbs a sheet, so they are best suited for a treat. The sheets are very big, and we made 2 very large keto crab rangoons from a sheet and then cut them in half.

The picture below is one large rangoon, cut in two!

You could also try using low-carb tortillas, or even using the keto crab rangoon filling as a dip with your favorite keto-friendly chip replacement!
