How Do I Make The Best Tasting Cauliflower rice?

The best-tasting cauliflower rice is made by using the “Dry Cook Method.” You cook the frozen riced cauliflower in the microwave for around 6 minutes, place it into a pan, and “dry cook” it for an additional 10-15 minutes. We mention this method all the time on our YouTube channel because it is a revolutionary way to cook cauliflower rice. The longer you cook cauliflower rice the less it tastes like cauliflower.

Why Does My CAuliflower Rice Taste Bad?

If your cauliflower rice tastes bad, it’s because you haven’t cooked it long enough! The more you cook it, the less it tastes like cauliflower. You want it to be completely dry. If you drag it along the pan you should see no moisture left behind. Look for slight browning of the cauliflower rice to know it’s done. Once it’s completely dry, it’s time to start reintroducing moisture, butter, or oil and spices!
