What Do I Need TO MAke Radishes?

Roasted radishes are super easy to make!

You will need:

1 pound radishes, clean, and quartered

2 tablespoons oil, we prefer avocado oil

herbs: Rosemary, garlic, Italian blend seasoning, cayenne, dill, etc

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 3 ounce fillets salmon with the skin on
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil

Instructions

  1. Lay your salmon skin side up on some paper towels on a plate.
  2. Sprinkle a thin layer of salt on the salmon skin
  3. Leave for 20 minutes
  4. Salt and pepper each side of the salmon.
  5. Cut 3 slits only through the skin of the salmon
  6. Add oil to your pan and get it really hot
  7. Cook your salmon fillets skin side down for 3-4 minutes
  8. Flip and cook through.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound radishes, quartered
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons italian herb seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Put your quartered radishes in a large mixing bowl
  3. Add in salt, pepper, oil, and spices
  4. Toss by hand until evenly coated
  5. Spread on a foil-lined baking sheet
  6. Roast for 15 minutes, flip and roast for another 15 minutes or until there is some brown color on the radishes.
